Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

For example, if you order a jewelry, it will need 3-8 business days of processing time and then 7-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-23 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight.

Extra Shipping fees will be charged in partly countries. But don’t worry, we would rather not charge this extra fee, and we will ensure that your goods are delivered to you successfully

 If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 6 working days for the tracking information to update.

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:

We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We deserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Please note: The given Delivery times are estimates based on recent delivery times and shall not be seen as guaranteed. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process goes as smoothly as possible, but in case of late delivery, we hope for your understanding as we are highly dependent on the international shipping carriers.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the delays and we can't change any Government regulations / restrictions in any given Country that causes the delays - We appreciate your understanding in this ongoing Crisis 

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
